Monthly                    $575.00             Plus electric, includes water/sewer

5 Months                $2480.00             Plus electric, includes water/sewer

6 Months                $2718.00             Plus electric, includes water/sewer

Annual                   $3444.00             Plus electric, includes water/sewer

Electricity is metered at $.15* kwh *subject to change

Advance reservations can be made with a $200.00 deposit.  Deposit is refundable (less $50 cancellation fee) for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to start date. 

Refunds for emergency cancellations less than 30 days prior to start date are at the managers discretion. Confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of deposit.  Balance is due and payable in full upon registration.  No refunds are issued on unused rents.  The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed or transferred for the use of any other than the registered guest of said site.

Rental rates are based on occupancy of no more than two people per space and only one RV per space.  Two guests are permitted for a one-week maximum at any time.
